Once a gift card is purchased, you will receive an email with the gift card code and information about the expiration date. If a physical copy is needed, the digital gift card can also be downloaded and printed.
The gift card may be used online or in person. If using online the gift card code should be inserted in the discount field at checkout.

Gift cards are available in preset amounts. However if you would like a specific value please contact us and we'll arrange a gift card for the value of your choice.
Gift Card T&Cs
Gift cards may be used online or in person at an artisan market
Gift cards are valid for 24 months from date of purchase
Gift cards can be used as part purchase of an item with the balance payable
If using a gift card at a market and only part of the gift card value is used, the gift card will be voided and you will be issued a new gift card with the remaining balance available for a future purchase
Gift cards can only be used only once online. If the total cart sum is lower than the gift card amount, the remainder can’t be used while making another purchase. Therefore, you should use the whole gift card amount at once
It is possible to apply more than one gift card in one purchase
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
Gift cards do not cover shipping costs
